I’m Arzu Turgay.
For over 22 years, I have worked in the automotive and textile industries, specializing in global brand management, digital sales strategies, sustainable business transformation, and system development. Today, I collaborate with leading fashion and lifestyle brands across different regions of the world, building partnerships and leading projects focused on digitalization, innovation, and sustainability.
My academic background is in Textile Engineering, with my first master’s degree in the same field. Later, I specialized in international business and marketing through an MBA, and I am currently pursuing a PhD in Business Administration. Throughout my career, I have always worked with the principle of “continuous improvement,” aiming to create ethical, innovative, and measurable value in the business world.
But my story is not just about business…
A passion for personal growth, knowledge, and learning lies at the heart of my life. Every day, I strive to reach a better version of myself, keeping up with futuristic perspectives and the innovations offered by technology, while also dedicating time to developing myself spiritually. I am continuing my astrology studies, reflecting on the evolution of human consciousness through artificial intelligence, and exploring subconscious work. Intellectual conversations, new experiences, and diverse perspectives are indispensable to me.
The sea, the sun, and nature are my greatest loves; swimming, walking, yoga, and pilates are my favorite sports. For me, nothing compares to the joy of a meaningful conversation over Turkish coffee. Sharing moments with friends, discovering foreign cultures, traveling, and building international friendships are among the most treasured parts of my life.
I deeply care about nature, animals, and the environment; I love trees and dream of turning every place into a forest. I believe that kindness and attentiveness should not only be reflected in our clothing but also in our behavior, posture, and life aesthetic. My aim is to elevate every environment I am in and to reach a higher level of consciousness with everyone I connect with.
I actively engage in women’s empowerment, diversity & inclusion, and equality initiatives; I mentor young people and contribute to social awareness projects. I believe in the importance of awareness in life, choose to remain positive, and direct my energy toward good, beneficial, and consciousness-raising endeavors.
For me, the journey of growth is a never-ending process; learning new experiences, discovering different perspectives, and always moving forward form the foundation of my life philosophy. Being understanding, having a broad perspective, respecting everyone’s truth, and accepting people as they are lie at the core of both my life and my professional approach.
My wish and my goal are to elevate both myself and the environments I am part of to a higher level of consciousness.
